CVM Intramural Grant is awarded to study a novel virus associated with equine colitis in North Carolina

The Sheahan lab has been awarded a grant for the following proposal: “Determining the role of a newly discovered equine kirkovirus in equine colitis”.  This project is the brain child of Dr. Lilly Haywood, a PhD student in the lab. Congrats Lilly!
